This is a waiver of all or part of your financial responsibility related to loss or damage to the rental vehicle; revenue lost by Payless for loss of vehicle use; any administrative expenses related to the vehicle. When you purchase this waiver, Payless picks up the tab for these costs. Check your rental agreement for additional information or inquire at the rental counter.

Provides accidental death insurance; medical coverage for injuries due to a covered accident and ambulance expenses. Check your rental agreement for additional information or inquire at the rental counter.

Emergency Sickness Protection is available to renters with a valid non-US passport, coverage for travelers in case of illness during the rental period.  Protects the renter and all other international travelers in the party.

SLI provides protection for third party automobile claims for the difference between the minimum financial responsibility limits provided under paragraph 22 in the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and a maximum combined single limit of liability of $300,000 depending on the jurisdiction of rental for bodily injury, death or property damage for each accident. This coverage is provided under a policy of excess liability insurance and is subject to all of the conditions and limitations described in paragraph 22 in the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. (Note: updated SLI limits to $300,000 effective as of January 1^st, 2025).
